Japanese Calligraphy Class

Last week students in Y9 Japanese class had a wonderful opportunity to participate in a Calligraphy workshop organised by the Consulate-General of Japan, Sydney.

Year 9 students participated enthusiastically and have learnt about Japanese traditional calligraphy through the workshop. They have also leant many kanji characters and have demonstrated excellent calligraphy skills. St Columba's would like to thank Mr Rafael Villadiego, Ms Jeniffer Schroeder and Mr Nobuhisa Tsuchia for providing our students such a wonderful workshop.
