Gifted St John XXIII Catholic College student Sebastian Sultana is being heralded as a future Olympian and Commonwealth Games star after he and a number of other Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta students produced amazing results at the NSW All Schools Championships recently.
If you don't already know the name Sebastian Sultana, you will very soon.
This gifted St John XXIII Catholic College student is one of the hottest young talents in Australian athletics and could be a future Olympian and Commonwealth Games star based on some of the amazing records he's broken recently.
Fresh from setting the fastest NSW All Schools 100m time for 23 years (10:53 - fastest since Matt Shirvington), Sebastian set an astounding new PB of 10.42 at the Treloar Shield a few days ago.
That time broke Rohan Browning's U18 100m NSW Record of 10.47 set in 2014.
Sebastian also set a NSW All Schools record in winning the 200m (21.17) which is the third fastest time in history!

So many other Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta students enjoyed great success at the NSW All Schools championships including St Agnes Catholic High School student Xavier Perry who completed an incredible 100m, 200m and 400m hat-trick in the 14 Boys.
In the 12 Girls, Catherine McAuley student Annisha Reader claimed two comfortable victories in the discus (with a best of 40.16m) and javelin with 30.23m on her opening attempt, three metres ahead of the silver medallist. Annisha also finished second in the Hammer Throw.
There was a similar performance from St Luke's Catholic College student Salote Wolfgramm in the 14 Girls as she won both the Discus and Hammer Throw and claimed second in the shot put.
After claiming gold in the 12 Boys Discus and silver in the 12 Boys Shot Put, Patrician Brothers’ College student Aualiitia Kalisi jumped up an age and blitzed the field in the 13 Boys Hammer throw. His best throw of 43.39 was more than eight and a half metres better than second place won by fellow Patrician Brothers’ student Filtomas Finekifolau (34.60).

Special shoutout also to Layla Sharp from Emmaus Catholic College. Despite being only 14, Layla won the girls 800 Metre 17-19 para event.
